Coming to an assessment?

Most employers know the value of personnel assessments, but sometimes candidates might find the assessment process as stressful and time consuming. We pay special attention to making sure that the assessment is a positive and valuable experience for you.


Personnel assessment is an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about yourself: you will get comprehensive, objective information about your own strengths and development areas and support in identifying your motivation factors. We want to make sure that you will get as much value from the assessment as possible. This is why each of our personnel assessment includes a psychological sparring session where you will get to discuss about your assessment results with the psychologist responsible for your assessment.


When participating in our personnel assessments you can take most of the tests and inventories online at home. We will send you more detailed instructions and information for the tests and other assessment practicalities via e-mail.

The most important advice when participating in personnel assessment is to be yourself. Personnel assessments are comprehensive and based on multiple methods, which is why it is hard to consistently manage the impression you will create in the assessment. Both you and the employer will benefit from gaining realistic information about you – that is how we can consider whether the position is a good fit for you and identify how you could use your potential in the way that is the most suitable to you.
